Lillian Morrow, Realtor Pierce County Puyallup WA

Lillian Morrow is a realtor in Washington specializing in residential real estate in Pierce County, South King County, Thurston County, Mason County, and Kittitas County.

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Representation

I take pride in offering high-caliber full-service residential real estate expertise. My clients are my top priority, and I focus on delivering the best possible results for them. I want your home buying or selling experience to be a positive life event for you.

Expertise

The real estate market is hyperlocal, seasonal and temperamental—in other words, it can change on a dime. Technology has made information more accessible to everyone, but it can be difficult to keep up with recent events that affect home values. The benefits of working with a licensed real estate professional go far beyond what a mobile app, online video, or website can do.

I provide my clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. This customized analysis includes recent comparable sales that factor into an offer and acceptance strategy.

Negotiations

Successful negotiations help move a conversation forward and transform the process into an agreement that’s a win for all parties. Negotiation is not only a skill, but a mindset. I keep my clients’ best interests top of mind as I negotiate on their behalf.

Transactional Excellence

I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.

More about me .  .  .

Hi, I’m Lillian Morrow with John L. Scott Real Estate in Puyallup, WA and I would love the opportunity to help you buy or sell your home. I became a real estate broker to meet people and help them fulfill their real estate needs. I truly love helping my clients buy and sell their homes. I guide my clients through the entire process and make it as easy and stress free as possible for them. My #1 goal is to have happy clients. I believe happy clients make a happy Realtor. It’s all about you!

I understand buying a home is one of the biggest financial transactions and investments you can make in life, and I want to help my clients find the home that is right for them. Whether you are a first-time buyer or have had multiple home buying and/or selling experiences, I’m here to help you understand the current process and the real estate market in the area you are buying in so that you can make an educated offer when you find a home you want to buy.

Selling your home can be equally important as you want to get the maximum profit possible in the current market. Let me help by researching the market in your area to help you offer your home at the most strategic price. If you are also buying a home at the same time, it can get a bit complicated, and I can help you know what options you have for doing so.

On a personal level, I was born and raised in Tacoma. When I got married, my husband and I moved to Graham for a brief time before settling in Puyallup to raise our three children. That is where we bought our house and made it a home and it is where we like to spend time with family, friends, and our dog. The south Puget Sound area is a beautiful place to live, and I am thankful for all it has to offer.

When we do want to get away, we are lucky to have a vacation home near Roslyn, WA where we can enjoy snowmobiling and bonfires in the winter and hiking and experiencing local breweries in the summer. We are also fortunate to have use of a family cabin inherited from grandparents on Mason Lake where I like to practice my home improvement skills while enjoying a beautiful view.

Give me a call.  I would love to work with you.
